3 Exercises without (almost) exercising

Many of my friends who saw my YouTube video of last Sunday, have sent me many great comments and compliments and it is much appreciated!!! Thank you all ❤

In addition to my video, I am sharing with you a few things that you can do so you will enjoy the present moment more and add meaning to your life.

1. When your energy is not aligned with the higher source (Universe, God, Spirit), you will feel very negative, sad, annoyed, irritated, and or angry. Sometimes the smallest things can trigger those feelings in us. To go back to your positive self, just stop what you are doing and take a couple of deep breaths. Close your eyes and say to yourself (loud or in silent) “Life IS beautiful, NOW!”, say it 3-5 times and open your eyes. Look at everything around you and realise the colours, the forms, shapes, sounds and relax.

2. This is what I like to do most of the time when I do not feel like I can be in the now because my mind cannot stop thinking. I would like to go for a run somewhere in nature, I have to at least be surrounded by water or trees (nature). I love getting everything out of my system that is negative with every step I take. But instead of running, you can go cycling, go for a drive or take a walk.

3. Read. Knit. Drink coffee/tea/juice. Eat something you really want. Play an instrument. Write. Draw. Sing. Whatever you enjoy doing, just do that for a little 30 min. Smile when you are doing it, be in the moment of what you are doing. Observe yourself and feel it! Feel that you are singing, hear your voice (whether nice or not, WHO CARES), feel the emotions that arise in you! You will feel much more relaxed and happy by the time you finish or stop.

Sometimes we feel it is difficult to be in the present moment because we think too much about past and future. But all that we have to realise is that NOW is the moment we are living in, and NOW needs all our attention. Whatever happened, already happened, and whatever is coming is already coming. When you are in the moment and you enjoy your life, the future will change, it will change for the better, because you have such positive vibration, IT’S THE LAW!

What a journey

As many of you know, I moved to Australia in July 2015. I had a goal in mind, and a journey to accomplish that goal. If I told you now that it all went well and as planned I would be telling nothing but a lie. To you, to the Universe, and to myself.

I’m telling you guys, if I would put in percentage how much of the journey went as planned I would say only 15%!!! Yes, true story.

The job in mind did not work out as planned, the person I thought I was in love with in the beginning was nothing but a hopeless dream, the apartment that I lived in was anything but home and the circumstances I landed in were only confusing, challenging with a lot of stress.

NOW…. I can tell you that I have learned so many things that lead me to something so beautiful and amazing. Whatever is in my life now is so much better than what I have hoped for. I can tell you that the journey was nothing as planned but the goal is still the same!

Moral of the story is that sometimes things do not go as planned because you need other skills and experience to get to your goal. We will not always understand this as our ego and stubbornness is always kicking in when we do not pay attention. But I feel that my goal is so much easier to reach now than before. Sometimes we have to go with the flow and adjust. Nothing bad about that. Stay true to yourself and keep your eyes on the journey. Learn your lessons and always stay thankful and feel blessed.

The secret of all the secrets of happiness

All these books and the quotes and the teachers and the legends and life coaches giving us the “secret” of happiness.

I don’t think it is a secret anymore, because everybody knows about it, everybody has experienced happiness whether it was for a long time or just one second and everybody is talking about it. But the thing that surprises me is that it’s not even something that is common sense for humans anymore. People put it as a priority, as a goal. But should HAPPINESS really be a goal on your list? Something to achieve in the future? I don’t think so, that is so weird. How can you achieve happiness if you don’t even know what it is. Because if you did you would have felt it right?

They say happiness is in the most simple things in life, it can be achieved when you are grateful for the things in your life. But if it was so simple everybody would get it, everybody would recognize how happy they actually are. However, that is not the case.

And then I kept asking myself, am I happy? What is it, happiness? Where is it hiding? So after thinking and over-thinking and reading and puzzling quote after quote I found my answer: F*** IT!

Yes that is my answer :), because if you stop giving yourself a headache about what is going to happen in the future and keep worrying about things that has happened how will you ever find happiness. It is in the very moment that happiness is ready for you. In this moment right now, where there is no desire for the future. Where all that has happened and all that is coming are only an illusion. You have got to let go.

Now, I’m not saying to stop thinking about the future and stop dreaming and setting goals for yourself. But once you have done that, let the universe take over. Work for your dreams one day at a time, if you have to take a different way to achieve what you want just let it be. F*** it, and go with the flow. 

There it is, not a secret at all. It is very simple, yet difficult to do.

Talk to your feelings

We all get angry, we all get sad or feel the fear of doing something. We all get nervous because of people or situations and we all feel like SH*T.

WE ALL HAVE THAT SO DON’T PLAY LIKE A VICTIM.

More importantly, what are you going to DO about it? What? You cannot sit around and cry about what has happened and what you are feeling.

So if you don’t know what to do and you are one of those cry babies, then I am offering you a solution.

Step 1: How do you feel? Give this feeling a name, put a label on it. If you know what you are feeling it will be easier for you to direct your attention to that thought that brought this feeling up. Example: I am angry at my colleagues. 

Ok, perfect you know now that this weird feeling is called, anger.

Step 2: Go with your mind to that feeling, look it up within your body. Do you feel tension, or a weird feeling in your stomach, do you have a headache? Flow with the energy of this emotion and go visit it.

Step 3: Observe!!! Close your eyes and look at it, in silence without judging this feeling. Just look at it. You might see a grey cloud, you might see the person you are angry at, what ever you see just let it be. Do not try and put your own imagination into work here. Do not change what you see.

Step 4: Talk to this feeling. It is there to teach you something, to make you aware, or even warn your from your low vibration. Ask it questions. Why are you here and why am I feeling like this. Example: I’m angry because my colleagues do not respect me. 

Step 5: WHAT are you going to DO about it? Have courage to solve your problems and take responsibility for it. for instance talk in a nice and polite way to your colleagues. Tell them that you do not like the way they treat you. Ask them why they act like this. And see it from their point of view. Example: Colleague: You were late for a very important meeting. You: Yes, you are right, I missed my bus this morning, I should have called to tell you, I apologize.

I highly encourage everyone to talk with their feelings, know why they are there and solve it. It will help release negative energy and upgrade your frequency. And who doesn’t want to operate on a higher frequency?!

Monday Motivation

Another beautiful morning, how much I’m grateful for writing another blog. WELCOME MONDAY!

I got motivated by two videos I saw last week of Les Brown. He is amazing and when he speaks his words just hit you…. REAL HARD. Like BAM!!! He is so powerful and when I listen to him, his words always touch me. No matter what mood I’m in. He always manages to move something within me, a power, something starts to itch. I JUST WANT TO GET UP AND SCREAM
